I got my bachelor degree of Architecture in China and had worked for a top real estate developer in China for about 8 years. Then I came to the States and studied in Virginia Tech. There I took courses not only on my major, Urban Planning, but also on landscape, horticulture, and GIS. All these training make me enjoy beauty of mother nature, human society, and abstract numbers and data better.

I am very good at data analysis and have strong passion at real estate and horticulture. Even before I obtained my Realtor license, I purchased and rent properties with other realtors. I am very detail oriented and care relationships with people more than the profits I can earn.

During my leisure time, I love spending time with my wife and kids, growing flowers and herbs, doing small DIY projects, or simply enjoying life I build with my hands. I like water. My favorite flower is lotus and water lily. I built ponds and aquaponics by myself. If you like water garden as well, please feel free to give me a holler and we can share our common interest.

I have always had a passion for architecture and design; admiring the intricate details of residential and commercial design. I decided to follow my lifelong dream of becoming an interior designer which, in turn, has led me to an exciting and rewarding career in real estate. I am holding true to my goals.

On a personal level, I am a woman with a devotion to God, the mother of four amazing young adults and wife to a wonderful husband. I love the outdoors enjoying hiking and traveling as often as possible. Cycling is a year round passion for me. My other love is photography, consistently seeking the perfect shot.

Richard is responsible for the corporate operations as well as commercial brokerage for Anderson Realty Advisors. Over the past 30 years, he has served in a variety of capacities in commercial/residential development and construction management. Richard utilizes his wealth of experience in real estate development and construction while advising his brokerage clientele throughout the state. Richard is also Principal of Falcon Group, a development company. In this capacity, he is responsible for all corporate and development operations for the Firm.
