Hi & Welcome!
I am a licensed Realtor® in the state of TX and an active Real Estate Investor. Originally from Romania, I have a professional background in Chemical Engineering, managing technical projects of various sizes around the globe as well as managing products and people. Have traveled extensively both domestically and internationally, and had the opportunity to experience and admire many environments and cultures. I have lived in four other states of the Union before settling in TX in 2003, experience which helps me appreciate the effort and details involved in moving both within the same locality and across state lines and also buying and selling property. I have also built several homes from the ground up which means I know what it takes to go through that process and also what a quality finished product looks like.
On the investing front, I am actively buying distressed property and working with sellers in difficult situations as well as providing solutions for challenged buyers. I also help investors find property that meets strict buying criteria and have the experience necessary to close fast and navigate invariable pitfalls of complicated transactions. I also actively manage several rental properties and offer lease negotiation services for both buyers and sellers.
On a personal note, I love to travel, read, ride horses, play tennis, swim and remodel homes. My favorite place is Polihale Beach on Kauai, my favorite book is "Outwitting the Devil" by Napoleon Hill, my favorite food is Eggplant dip, and my life motto is "Per Aspera Ad Astra" (lat. Through Hardships is the Way to the Stars). I have left my corporate job in order to dedicate my full energy to my small children and real estate.
