    Khan’s passion was ignited back in 1987 when he had envisioned a career in Travel & Tourism, but that changed after he and Jenny (wife) purchased a fixer upper house. Thanks to the broker who helped them, Khan became fascinated with the entire process. In 1999 he decided to become a real estate Investor Purchased and Sale Home. He Joined 2005 Chase Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer and follow up at Wells Fargo Bank with combined 7 year banking experience. Before long Khan became an expert at “Alternative Financing and Purchasing.” He became adept at finding special loan programs and in setting up lease options and equity share agreements, as well as land trusts.

    His attitude and willingness to assist has helped him create relationships within the real estate community that lead to cooperation and smooth transactions with cooperating Brokers.
