Houstonian by heart and choice! Originally from Mexico, I have lived in The Space City for 36 incredible years! I've been married for 25 years, and having two kids helps me understand the importance of finding a home in the right neighborhood for my clients and their families. After graduating from college, I started my journalism career, which spans over 20 years with several major English and Spanish television news networks in Texas. I covered incidents and celebrations within Houston and its surrounding areas. I met many people from all walks of life, which allowed me to understand the residential area that fit their lifestyles and priorities. As children were growing up, our family lifestyle and preferences changed, so in 2009, I decided to get my license in real estate; nothing has been more fulfilling to me than seeing my clients' faces when they closed on the home of their dreams! Helping my clients with the buying process is my passion. I believe that we continue learning and enriching our knowledge throughout our lives. In 2015, I returned to college and got a degree from UH in psychology, with minors in Mexican American Studies and Journalism. I also earned a Masters degree from Pepperdine University in Clinical psychology. Like anyone else, I can't predict what tomorrow will be, but I aim to help another client fulfill their dream home today!

Leah M. Leggett started her career in real estate on the Developer Services team at one of Houston largest independently owned Real Estate Brokerages. Living in Houston for over 20 years has given Sarah Kelly a good body of knowledge in the local residential real estate market. With a background in sales, she possesses excellent negotiating skills and has real estate designations as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). Her persistence, dedication, and attention to detail put her a step ahead in residential resale. Her first year at Greenwood King, Sarah was chosen Rookie of the Year at her office.

Over the years, Sarah has lived in several states in different regions of the country, giving her an ability to understand other perspectives, customs, and interests. In addition, she has traveled in Canada, Russia, Finland, Sweden, France, Germany, Czech Republic, and Italy, further broadening her view of people and the world. Raising two wonderful children and being married over 40 years, Sarah has grown accustomed to putting others' needs before her own.

She is involved with activities that coordinate her interests in service and family life. Her church commitments have included serving as chairman of the board of trustees, conducting church services for a term of three years as a lay reader, and varied committee work. She served on the PTO board at her son's public school and worked on many fundraising events at her daughter's private schools. She has served on the Friends Board of Camp for All, the board of the Brookwood Volunteers Association of The Brookwood Community, and has been a volunteer/mentor at Covenant House Texas, a facility that helps homeless young adults.

I am a Realtor with KW Memorial! I am a recent transplant to Houston from Chicago, Illinois.
