John Anthony is a licensed realtor through Keller Williams. His journey in real estate began in 2017 and has never looked back. In a short period of time, he was awarded top selling agent twice, top seller's agent 8 times, and has helped over 100 sellers, in challenging situations, successfully sell their homes. His specialties are, but are not limited to, market analysis, estate sales, investor minded, and negotiations. In his spare time, John Anthony enjoys doing activities to keep his body strong and his mind sharp. Carla Economos is a native Houstonian who has witnessed many stages of the real estate cycle throughout her life. As a graduate of The University of Houston, Carla enjoyed three decades of experience in the flooring industry after which she set her sights on residential real estate.

In her long career as a Houstonian, Carla has lived in Oak Forest/Garden Oaks, the Galleria area and Bellaire before settling in the Memorial Villages. Currently, she resides in Spring Branch where the real estate is thriving. She has always been at the forefront of real estate trends in these key areas and has seen enormous changes in the housing market over the years. Consequently, Carla has honed the ability to monitor these market movements and capitalize on periods of high value.

Specifically, her skill set has grown through her buying, remodeling and selling homes as well as managing of agricultural properties in both Bellville and Houston. Carla's working knowledge has also increased from owning a condominium in Galveston and dealing with vacation renters and the maintenance of this property.

She has a true passion for helping others and the outdoors which includes plants, cattle, wildlife, beaches, golfing and traveling with her family and friends. Carla and her family are members of Chapelwood United Methodist Church where she loves volunteering in mentoring troubled teens and adults.

After 10 years in the retail industry, Charis decided to transition into real estate sales, a career change that capitalized on her marketing and customer service expertise. Patience is one of Charis's virtues and being of service to others gives her joy and purpose.
