Serving the Houston and surrounding areas with over 7 years in Real Estate.
Brittany Waterman is a proud native Houstonian whose passion is real estate in all its forms. Brittany helps clients sell, purchase or lease single-family homes, townhomes, high-rises, investment properties and apartments in all price ranges in neighborhoods throughout the greater Houston area.
A Realtor® since 2010, Brittany is a consistent top producer and holds Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations. She emphasizes her experience as a Houston Realtor who really knows the city, and her forte is making the entire real estate process fun and as stress-free as possible for her clients.
Brittany is a dedicated community volunteer who encourages her clients to get involved in their neighborhoods as well. "I love to get my clients started in helping out their communities," Brittany says. "It's helpful and meaningful, and it's a way for them to make new friends, especially if they are new to Houston. My clients usually become my friends as well. My family always asks me when a new client will become part of our extended family."
Confident, patient, level-headed, and caring, Brittany grows with her clients as they move through the different stages of their lives, a process she calls being their "Realtor® for Life." Early in her career, Brittany received a piece of advice that she continues to follow: "Live by the 'Do Right' doctrine and you will succeed."
A graduate of the University of Houston, Brittany's family owned a property-management company and real estate has always been in her blood. She officially transitioned into the industry after working as an event planner, an experience that taught her to pay attention to every detail, be ready to turn on a dime, and understand that clients' requirements and schedules come first.
A past chair of Bayou Buddies, a young professionals' organization supporting the Buffalo Bayou Partnership and past President of the St. Agnes Academy Alumnae Association, Brittany's current commitments include Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo Calf Scramble Committee and The Junior League of Houston.
Brittany currently lives in the Memorial/Tanglewood neighborhood of Houston. When not working, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband, Kelly, and two children, Sawyer and Mason, taking their dogs on walks, and eating her way through Houston's phenomenal restaurants.
Originally from Shreveport and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Lisa Rigdon brings to real estate a service-based approach and the detailed, analytical style of a scientist. A background in chemistry and commodity oil trading equips Lisa with a keen ability to identify a win-win solution and to facilitate a deal that pleases all parties involved. She views real estate as a significant investment and thoroughly evaluates how a property might align with a client's personal and financial goals.
Retired from the oil and gas business since late 2017, Lisa maintains strong international connections within the industry. A longtime Houstonian, Lisa is especially passionate about the city and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with clients relocating to the area. She finds great pleasure in working with buyers and primarily services the areas inside and just north of the loop such as West U, The Heights, and Oak Forest. Her professional interactions and extensive travel (including her time living in Brazil and Barbados) offer a unique perspective and insight to a global lifestyle.
When not serving her clients, Lisa remains active through travel, skiing, time with loved ones, and painting. She volunteers at Sundance Film Festival annually and supports her community through STEM initiatives and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Her constant companion is her darling Labradoodle Lucy.
