Nelvin Joseph Adriatico came to this country as an immigrant from the Philippines and established his roots in Houston. He firmly believes that through collaboration and hard work, nothing is impossible.



He founded Adriatico & Associates Brokerage and Services, a Commercial and Residential Real Estate and Development firm offering insurance, Property Management, and Business Consulting. He is currently involved in multiple real estate projects including the construction of a Chevron Gas Station in Rosenberg Tx, which is scheduled for its grand opening on June 16th, 2023. Development of 2 million-dollar single-family homes located in midtown, and currently in the planning stage to build a shopping center, 60 townhomes in Katy, and 39 student homes in the College Station area.



Although Nelvin has an entrepreneurial spirit with a banking and finance mindset, his passion for community advocacy and volunteerism has shown throughout the past 20 years. He has been involved in non-profit organizations serving the community. His bi-cultural background and focus on community collaboration and engagement have led to several Board Leadership Roles. Including Chairman of the Board of The Alliance, helping Immigrants/Refugees become self-efficient. Past President of Asian American Heritage Association; Past President Houston Royal Oaks Lions Club, Philippine American Chamber of Commerce Texas; and Past-Co Chair of the Mayors Advisory for the New Americans. Adriatico has also helped organize several programs and projects; One of the biggest is the Annual Back to School, Health Fair, and Business Expo celebrating its 16 years of service.Because of his community advocacy, He received several awards like Asian Chamber Community Ambassador Award, the Fresh Spirit Wellness Legacy Unsung award, The Texans Community Ambassador to name a few.

Jessica transitioned to residential real estate from careers as a commercial agent and an eight-year stint in Houston's oil and gas industry where she negotiated contracts with major and smaller operators while actively focused on mitigating risk."Working in two high-octane industries, commercial real estate and the oil industry, taught me to thrive under pressure," Jessica says. "I always am better with more on my plate."Analytic but creative, focused but very social, Jessica loves helping her clients through the home sale or purchase process. As a child, her family was a part of the oil and gas business and she remembers bouncing between Houston and Midland as the market demanded. "I am well-versed in transitioning a household from place to place," she says, "and that's a real plus for my relocation clients."Jessica understands how daunting a real estate transaction can be for many clients. A home is typically a client's largest investment and she takes guiding them through the process very seriously. "My strongest attributes are negotiation on my client's behalf and building lasting relationships," she says.Jessica volunteers with Houston Alumnae Panhellenic Association (HAPA) and the Houston Alumnae Panhellenic Foundation (HAPF); serves on the board of Be An Angel, a non-profit aiding children with multiple disabilities and/or profound deafness; and serves as president of Alpha Phi Houston Alumnae chapter.A native of Midland, Jessica attended Midland High School and earned a degree in art history/English from Texas Tech University. She enjoys shooting sporting clays and is the president/executive director of Lady Clay Shooters, Inc. She also runs and is the veteran of three half-marathons; plays golf; collects art and attends art exhibitions; frequents the symphony, theater, and ballet; and loves spending time with friends and her rescue pup.

My name is Charles Rawls and I grew up in Tennessee and moved to Houston to go to college. After a career in IT, I have been working in Real Estate. While I am open to all areas of Texas, I am most familiar with Houston. In fact, my favorite parts of the city are the West and Southwest because I enjoy the culture and the parks.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe in focusing on the community. I enjoy volunteering at multiple agencies in the Houston area. Networking gives me the opportunity to meet others in the area, stay up-to-date on local activities and understand the unique differences each neighborhood offers.

I believe it is important to offer clients insight on how they can best achieve their desired goals in real estate. That's why I want to help people through my real estate business.
