John started out as a loan officer in 1998 and quickly learned the entire buying and selling process which encouraged a career in real estate as a licensed Realtor just two years later. John also became a licensed mortgage broker, trained new loan officers, processors and launched J. Romar Funding while finishing as the top producing real estate agent three years straight with one of the largest firms in Houston at the time (Lege' Properties) 2002, 2003 and 2004. In 2005, John became a licensed real estate broker and launched 24 Hour Properties, Realtors where he's assisted all sorts of professionals, sellers, buyers and commercial property clients.

John earned a nickname from another friendly top producing broker as "The Broker To The Stars" because of several celebrities and other well known named clients that John represented. In 2005, 24 Hour Properties, DFW was opened as an additional location to extend services to North Texas clients. That's when John went all out for new customers, he purchased a stretch limousine to make home tours, closings and and the whole process first class and convenient for all. I won't claim that I provide better service than anyone else, however I will tell you that I take my job seriously. Originally from Shreveport and a graduate of Louisiana State University, Lisa Rigdon brings to real estate a service-based approach and the detailed, analytical style of a scientist. A background in chemistry and commodity oil trading equips Lisa with a keen ability to identify a win-win solution and to facilitate a deal that pleases all parties involved. She views real estate as a significant investment and thoroughly evaluates how a property might align with a client's personal and financial goals.
Retired from the oil and gas business since late 2017, Lisa maintains strong international connections within the industry. A longtime Houstonian, Lisa is especially passionate about the city and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with clients relocating to the area. She finds great pleasure in working with buyers and primarily services the areas inside and just north of the loop such as West U, The Heights, and Oak Forest. Her professional interactions and extensive travel (including her time living in Brazil and Barbados) offer a unique perspective and insight to a global lifestyle.

When not serving her clients, Lisa remains active through travel, skiing, time with loved ones, and painting. She volunteers at Sundance Film Festival annually and supports her community through STEM initiatives and St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. Her constant companion is her darling Labradoodle Lucy.

Before Thao got into the real estate industry, she worked for American President Line, dealing with import/export shipping and large data reports, doing exactly what she went to college for. When she invested in her 1st property in 2012, she developed a fascination for real estate industry. Having experienced the process first-hand as a buyer and a seller, knowing that buying and selling a property can be very intimidating, she commits to treating her clients in the way she wanted to be treated.
