Realtor Karen Prichard Warren, a native Houstonian. My father was an architect and designer who not only designed beautiful homes and furniture, but was also an artist. I guess that's where my passion for architecture and design came from, she said. One of her first jobs was with a commercial management company in the bookkeeping department and the later she worked for a home builder. This six-year position taught Warren a lot about construction. After gaining experience working in the commercial management and homebuilding sectors, she decided to try her hand at real estate and became licensed in 2000. She recently moved back to Houston after 18 years working in Granbury, Texas. Warren joined Greenwood King Properties. She likes to educate her clients regarding the buying and selling process and what the market is doing. She describes herself as honest, very ethical, organized and service- oriented, while putting her client's best interest first. Her real estate knowledge includes residential, investment property, undeveloped land, farm and ranch, 1031 tax exchange and relocation properties. While in Granbury, Warren also lent her talents to the Granbury Board of Directors from 2015-2018. Tolar Athletic Booster Club Secretary 2011-2013, Tolar Athletic Booster of the Year 2009-2010 and Leadership Granbury 2009. In Houston, she volunteered at MD Anderson as a part of the Houston Junior League 2000-2002. Warren, a Robert E. Lee High School graduate, attended Texas Tech University for one year before transferring to the University of Houston, where she was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority. As the mother of four children, she learned she is stronger than she thought when her husband passed away while her children were between the ages of 12 and 3. Her faith in God got her through the difficult time. Warren often says, never use ink in your calendar, because God will change your plans. Change is a part of life, if you don't bend you will break.
Investing heavily in real estate myself for many years, led me to get my license. Having lived in Houston for over 20 years I am very familiar with most parts of the city, including the outlying areas such as the Woodlands and Katy. I have children that have experienced both private and public education thus I can express both the pros and cons of each. I treat each transaction as an investment for my clients, while at the same time never forget that buying a home is often the biggest investment that most people make...thus there are many emotions involved. I have built a niche of expat clients possibly due to the fact that I am originally from Trinidad & Tobago. However,I always welcome the opportunity to meet new people and help them find their treasure in Houston.

Susan has been involved in the Real Estate industry in the Houston area for the past 20 years. For the first ten years, she assisted Expats from the oil and gas industry with every aspect of their relocation, including Real Estate - working hand and hand with seasoned Relocation Agents. Susan worked as her client's advocate in their home search, making certain that the school district was what they wanted as well as verifying commute times to their office. She worked all over the city, from The Woodlands to Sugarland, Katy, inner loop, The Heights, and as far east as Galveston County.
In 2012, Susan decided to take the plunge into Real Estate. Her mentor was her mother's best friend in Dallas, Mona Biskamp. Mona practiced Real Estate in Dallas in the 1980s and was known as the Real Estate Queen of the Golden Corridor. As Susan was living in Dallas at that time, she spent many weekends at Mona's Open Houses - when her mom was visiting Dallas. So much of the business, Susan learned vicariously from Mona. Susan says that one of her most exciting moments was calling Mona to tell her that she was taking the plunge into real estate.
Susan started in early 2013 with Keller Williams Memorial as an active agent. Her first listing came quickly from a Relocation contact that wanted to list her mother's townhome. As it turns out, the Agent who made the offer was also from Keller Williams Memorial; she was the #2 Agent at the time. After closing, the Agent asked Susan to join her as her Buyer Agent. That was when the fun started - Susan recalls that it was like being in BootCamp, but she could not be more pleased with its tremendous opportunity. She was even able to pay for her daughter's wedding the following summer.
