I am blessed to be the mother of two daughters, who attended college in the beautiful Hill Country of Texas. I live in the East Texas area and have lived in and around the Houston area for the past 40 years. I have enjoyed raising and training Dobermans and have shown them with the help of my daughters in the past as well as raising and hatching exotic parrots. My daughters and I enjoy the outdoors and animals both in the wild as well as our rescue pets.

Penny has been in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry for over 20 years with 15 of those years in the Houston area. Denicia L. Barriere has over 8 years' experience of public service and two years in realty and investments. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate professional, she served in the medical field as a Certified Nursing Assistant working with patients at the MD Anderson Center for Cancer Treatment.
