As a native Houstonian, Molly McBirney enjoys staying current on the growth and trends that are constantly evolving in her city and industry. Since embarking on her Real Estate career in 2005, she offers her clients up-to-date information and innovative marketing options. Prior to her real estate career, Molly worked for over 15 years in advertising and marketing, mainly for niche Houston publications.

Molly’s reputation for honesty, her straight forward approach and ‘team’ attitude benefit all the participants in the transaction. “I work hard to listen carefully and treat people with respect,” she says, “I treat people the way I would like to be treated.” This philosophy enables Molly to help and inform her clients so all parties come away from the table satisfied their needs have been met. Molly’s sensitivity and patience help make the buying and selling experience more pleasurable.

Married with three grown children, and one grand child, Molly enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, hiking, time in the country at her family farm, the beach and traveling. Molly graduated from Houston Baptist University and is involved in a number of charitable organizations including the Brookwood Community.

My husband and I moved our young family to Conroe in 1994. Since then we have watched the city and surrounding areas thrive. It's amazing to think back and remember how it was back then compared to now. So, here we are. I have raised my family and, as many at this point in their lives, I get to focus on something new. I have chosen to work as a real estate agent. I love wood and construction and therefore homes. I love a good challenge! I enjoy all kinds of people and the challenge of making things work for them. Holly Arian, who describes herself as kind and outgoing with an innate ability to communicate with people, looks forward to working with clients finding their perfect residential home and town home.

As a thirty-year resident of the Memorial area, Holly, who holds both a BS in Business Administration from Kansas University and an MBA in Marketing from Avila University, said her goal is to help her clients make the best decision when searching for their dream home.

Arian, who also has been a Texas Certified Public Accountant since 1996, uses her former experience as a financial analyst as well to assist clients. I have been in sales and marketing as well as financial industry. I am very analytical, and I believe my background will help me to help my clients, said Holly.

A Tehran, Iran native, Arian chose this career to connect with her clients. I love people. Each person is a beautiful book that you can open, read and learn from, she said. In her free time, Arian, who is married with children, enjoys skiing, traveling, tennis and playing piano. Her philosophy is to never give up, work hard, and enjoy life.
