Ces Guerra, is a 33-year resident of Houston, TX currently residing in Tanglewood near the Galleria. His 35 plus years in business provides an excellent foundation for working within the Houston real estate market. Ces is well-equipped to handle the needs of anyone looking to enter the real estate market and has received a number of special designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller's Representative Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and Luxury Home Specialist. Ces is originally from New Orleans, LA, has served in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division and graduated from LSU and HBU respectively with his B.A. and MBA. Ayde was born in Cali, Colombia S.A. moved to the United States at the age of 17. She previously lived in Philadelphia, PA and Tampa, FL before settling in Houston. Prior to joining Beth Wolff Realtors Real Living, Ayde worked as a Human Resources Manager for Emmy Award-winning Bento Box Animation Studios. She has always genuinely enjoyed working with people and showing a sincere interest in their goals. As a human resource professional, I learned the value of gaining trust and helping people with their concerns and finding suitable resolutions. I feel that this applies to real estate transactions as well, says Ayde.
