Kristin has had her license since 2005 and has since developed an extensive background in real estate marketing. As a full-time Listing Specialist and Buyer's Agent for The Zoller Group, she is able to apply her training and skills to provide superior customer service to her clients.

Since graduating with honors from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2008, Kristin has continued to be completely immersed in the real estate market, soaking up as much knowledge as possible. She spent two years working at a property management company learning the inner-workings of the strong Houston rental market. She then accepted a position as Director of Marketing for the Keller Williams Realty Metropolitan office, where she spent three years assisting more than 500 associates with their personal branding and real estate marketing needs.

I have 23 years' experience in consumer banking ranging from banking center operations, loan origination and merchant services. I became a licensed real estate agent to combine my knowledge of real estate/financial services with my love of helping people and building relationships. I have owned and sold successful businesses where I developed and executed marketing strategy to grow the clientele. Through building webpages and creating social media accounts with Facebook, Instagram, I was able to use these tools to target my target demographic. Trish (aka Patricia) Kincaid has been involved in real estate for nine years as an investor & Realtor. She has managed renovations on flips, as well as worked on project management of a new development of townhomes. She has been in the professional world with over 30 years where she worked first as a counselor, then as an IT and facilities director where she managed and lead all aspects of projects in these fields. Trish has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Psychology and a Master's degree in Psychology.
