Having served as Senior Marketing Manager for one the largest private homebuilders in North America, Hien brings invaluable insights into the intricacies of the real estate market. Her tenure at CHANEL Vietnam, managing communication and PR campaigns across multiple divisions, further sharpened her skills in negotiation, customer service, and event-planning skills she seamlessly translates into her real estate practice. Cofounding the CGP Realty Group alongside her husband, Khai Tran, Hien is dedicated to empowering clients to achieve their real estate goals. As a key architect of the team's vision and operations, she leads with a commitment to excellence, guiding a diverse and passionate team. Hien holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Communication from Texas Christian University with an expertise in strategic communication - an asset she leverages to craft tailored strategies for each client. Hien's areas of focus include luxury properties, new construction, first-time homebuyers, and investment opportunities. Beyond transactions, she cultivates lasting relationships, turning clients into lifelong friends. Outside of her professional pursuits, Hien finds joy in her role as a wife and mother to her two beautiful daughters, Amelia and Evelyn. Her passions include travel, food, music, and of course, fashion and beauty.

Born and raised in Houston, TX, I graduated at the University of Houston with a B.S. in Psychology. Go Coogs! Coming out of college, I started the usual 9-5 office job and eventually realized that industry wasn't for me. The best and riskiest decision I have made was to quit my job, started working for myself and got into real estate. It has been a fulfilling journey by far! My husband and I are both Texas Realtors. We started off as a real estate investors before getting licensed. Along with helping others find and/or sell their homes, we also renovate distressed properties (flip homes) and purchase properties as rentals. We are avid learners of real estate investing and working to fit the BRRRR method into our business. We also love helping our clients find the perfect investment homes for their portfolios as well!

Madeline grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and married her husband, a 6th Generation Texan and 4th Generation Houstonian. It was only natural for them to reside in the great Lonestar state and make Houston their home.

Madeline is a proud alum of Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!), where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology/Pre-Medicine and Communications. Committed to her local community, she is active in the Irish Setter Club of Houston, Barbra Bush Houston Literacy Foundation - Young Professionals, Phi Mu Sorority Alumni Association, Saint Joseph's Academy-Baton Rouge Alumni, LSU Alumni Association, and the Montie Beach Civic Club.

Madeline resides in the Greater Heights with her husband Sam and Irish Setter, Rudy. In her spare time, Madeline enjoys golfing, tennis, antiquing or collecting antiques throughout the city, planning DIY projects for her 1920s bungalow, trying out new restaurants, and cheering on her LSU Tigers in the fall with a big pot of gumbo on the stove.
