Prior to joining eXp Realty, I was in the Multi-Family Industry for over 7 years with a well-respected Management Company in the Houston Community and surrounding areas. Of Nigerian descent, I began my education in the United States in August of 2004. On scholarship to Louisiana State University, I earned a Bachelors degree in 2008. In 2009, I moved to Texas and began to earn a Law degree at Thurgood Marshall School of Law. During law school, I became especially interested in Property Law. I would spend the next couple of years earning a real estate license, gaining some experience in oil and gas land work, and then, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2014. I'm now a full time realtor, and,when I'm not meeting your real estate needs, I am working out with my 2 shih-tzu's, socializing, and most likely involved in a DIY project on my home.

Victoria Farris has not only been a top-producing agent since entering the field in 1994, she also maintains a very active involvement in the community. She volunteers with several charities and civic organizations, and is an avid supporter of the performing arts. She is a regular volunteer with the Houston Livestock & Rodeo, the Orange show, and the Children's Christmas Toy Drives as well as a member of the Houston Blues Society and the Houston Swing Dance Association. She says, "Houston has a wealth of exiting and interesting things to offer and I enjoy sharing this with the newcomers."

She is also involved with several skate clubs in Houston. Her routine long distance skates through the Houston neighborhoods give her a very intimate perspective of them. When she says to a Houstonian, "I know your street," you can believe it literally! Formerly a long time Galleria/Uptown resident, Victoria is now enjoying living in the MidTown/West Gray corridor. She possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Galleria, Tanglewood, Memorial, and Inner Loop neighborhoods. She has also marketed several master planned suburban communities and works with relocation clients moving to and from the outlying communities.
