Carsen was born and raised in Texas. Growing up in East Texas, he became familiar with the Lufkin/Nacogdoches area like the back of his hand. Later, moving to Houston, Texas, Carsen graduated from Clear Falls High School in League City, Texas. Living in the area, he became familiar with not only League City, but Kemah, Clear Lake, Seabrook, Pearland, and Downtown Houston. After high school, Carsen moved to Tyler, TX and persued his associates degree at Tyler Junior College prior to his choice of persuing his interest in Real Estate. While in Tyler, he worked at a East Texas Title Company, which allowed him to gain knowledge on the process between the Buyer and the Seller exchanging possession. Moving to The Woodlands, Carsen then decided to complete his real estate courses at the renowned Champions School of Real Estate. Completing his courses in a shockingly short amount of time of 10 days, Carsen was recognized by Founder and CEO, Rita Santamaria. In a matter of 30 days, Carsen was licensed and ready to serve his community with assisting in all of their real estate needs. Howdy, I was born and raised in a small town north of Dallas but call Houston home. Between obtaining my Bachelors in Construction Science from Texas A&M and working in West Texas for a little over 5 years, I have never left the great state of Texas and have been in the northern Houston area of Jersey Village, Tomball and Spring since 2017. As a project manager for a commercial construction company, my construction profession has taken me out to West Texas numerous times over the years to build some beautiful office and amenities centers for a various oil companies that help drive the economic engine of this state. In addition to that I have worked on a number of projects in Downtown Houston including a Museum & numerous medical facilities within our world renowned Texas Medical Center. I got into the real estate profession for a number of reasons. I have come across a number of agents who simply check a few boxes and collect a fee. This doesn't sit right with me, especially knowing the debt situation within our country both on the government and personal level. A home sale/purchase is arguably one of the largest financial undertakings of your life and an honest voice on your side needs to be heard, not just the yes man mentality of many to gain a commission. In addition to that, a lease can have just as much of an impact on someone who has aspirations of obtaining that home ownership goal in the future.
