My clients benefit from my experience in these areas. I bring the integrity developed in my 28-year career with the U.S. Navy, where I retired as a Commander in 2012. As you may expect, I made many moves and prepared my own homes for sale during my time in service, so I can relate to what people are going through. I strive to pass along my hands-on experience as I help navigate my clients through the sales process, negotiations, & contract requirements.
Two things I love are helping people and getting a good deal. I get to do both as a Realtor with eXp Realty. I'm excited about the opportunity to share my abilities of guiding people through complex processes, conducting research & analysis, and negotiating good deals for those who have all sorts of Real Estate needs. What makes my job so fulfilling is the aha moment at closing when the final papers are signed. You can hear the excitement in a client's voice, or see the thankful look on their face, when they realize the deal is done and the home is actually bought and sold. In my spare time I am working on renovating our home, caring for elderly parents, and grooming Miniature Schnauzer show dogs. My other interests include Aviation, Scuba diving, Sailing, and playing board games with my family to name a few.
Renovating our home has reminded me of what it is like for my clients: looking for quality service to get a job done in the desired timeframe, starting the process with the end in mind, and accomplishing all the tasks until the job is done. For the client, it centers around being and feeling heard, and for me, it's about providing essential help for the client to achieve their goals.

Cassandra started her real estate journey taking classes at the then North Harris County Community College in 1996 but some curves in the road changed her path. She continued her education in 2003, becoming a licensed REALTOR that same year. In 2005 Cassandra married Eddie Jester by an Elvis impersonator in fabulous Las Vegas, NV and children soon followed. In 2007 she became a full-time wife and mother to two amazing girls, Violet was born in 2007 and Evelyn was born in 2010. As Violet and Evelyn have gotten older Cassandra was able to reignite her real estate career full-time. Cassandra has also added Staging homes to her resume with assorted accessories at no charge and furniture at a minimal cost for Staging empty homes. Staging is quickly becoming a passion that she enjoys and seeing her clients reaction is priceless to her. Cassandra has also worked for a vendor at The Texas Renaissance Festival for 24 years. During the Renaissance season she is still able to work with buyers and sellers' full time. Cassandra lived in different parts of Texas while growing up and even lived two years in New Mexico as a child. Magnolia is where Eddie and Cassandra decided to build a life and family together purchasing there first home in Magnolia in 2002. Even though she has been a resident of the Magnolia area since 1988 she is remarkably familiar with other areas of Houston and the state. She has sold homes in the Houston area, Corpus Christi area, Lake Limestone area and some in between. Helping buyers find a slice of Heaven in the great state of Texas is one of her passions.
