Jenny is a native Houstonian who grew up in the Cinco Ranch Community for the last twenty-two years and is passionate about the Real Estate Industry. She graduated from Texas State University with a major in Finance, then obtained a Mortgage Loan Originator license and worked deals during one of the most challenging Real Estate markets in recent history. Her experience in the mortgage industry educated her on the ins and outs of the home buying/selling process from the lending aspect and taught her how to anticipate and resolve any rising issues in order to achieve a successful closing.Family life, Community and the sense of Fellowship among the home owners have taught her the value of choosing the right home for a family. She knows firsthand, that Buying or Selling a Home is a thrilling, detailed decision that requires complete attention and focus on her Clients. Real Estate agent Connery Cole has ostensibly been in the real estate business all of her life. Raised by two real estate agents and developers Connery comes by her love of real estate naturally. From walking job sites with her father to showing residential property with her mother, Connery developed not just a desire, but a talent for working in the real estate business. She officially became a licensed Realtor while with the Palm Beach, Florida office of the New York-based Corcoran Group. She has worked in many different areas in residential real estate including working with high net worth clients, investors, developers and first time home buyers. Her strengths include her strong people skills, market knowledge and her deft abilities in bringing deals together. Connery moved to Houston in 2014 and realized that this was her true home. She spent many years fine-tuning the skills of her main hobby--the showing of AKC Registered dogs. Working with one of the most talented handers of his generation--and two-time winner of the prestigious Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show in New York City--Connery traveled throughout the country training, conditioning, and successfully showing dogs for her mentor--including garnering a number of Best In Show wins of her own with her favorite breed the Bichon Frise. But once again, her attention returned to real estate. With her mother having joined Keller Williams the prior year, Connery did the same and they both now reside in Houston. Her years in and around the Houston area have allowed her to gain extensive market knowledge which she has used to successfully build her career here. Connery is now proud a Houstonian and using her many years of real estate expertise to serve buyers and sellers in Houston and the surrounding areas.
