Cassandra started her real estate journey taking classes at the then North Harris County Community College in 1996 but some curves in the road changed her path. She continued her education in 2003, becoming a licensed REALTOR that same year. In 2005 Cassandra married Eddie Jester by an Elvis impersonator in fabulous Las Vegas, NV and children soon followed. In 2007 she became a full-time wife and mother to two amazing girls, Violet was born in 2007 and Evelyn was born in 2010. As Violet and Evelyn have gotten older Cassandra was able to reignite her real estate career full-time. Cassandra has also added Staging homes to her resume with assorted accessories at no charge and furniture at a minimal cost for Staging empty homes. Staging is quickly becoming a passion that she enjoys and seeing her clients reaction is priceless to her. Cassandra has also worked for a vendor at The Texas Renaissance Festival for 24 years. During the Renaissance season she is still able to work with buyers and sellers' full time. Cassandra lived in different parts of Texas while growing up and even lived two years in New Mexico as a child. Magnolia is where Eddie and Cassandra decided to build a life and family together purchasing there first home in Magnolia in 2002. Even though she has been a resident of the Magnolia area since 1988 she is remarkably familiar with other areas of Houston and the state. She has sold homes in the Houston area, Corpus Christi area, Lake Limestone area and some in between. Helping buyers find a slice of Heaven in the great state of Texas is one of her passions. Nicole Evans transitioned into her real estate career after 20-plus years in retail management. I think very quickly on my feet, and I always have a plan B, C, and D just in case, Nicole says. I've learned to handle stress and tough situations with calm and grace.

A Houstonian since the age of three, Nicole grew up in northwest Houston and graduated from Westfield High School. She built a solid, successful career in the retail industry but after two decades, was ready for a change. One of her customers shared her own journey as a successful entrepreneur and Nicole was inspired to build on her experience to create a new career in residential real estate sales.

Nicole has lived all over the Houston area, including the suburbs of Cypress, Tomball, Spring, and The Woodlands. She is most conversant with the Galleria area, where she lives, and the traditional neighborhoods inside the 610 Loop.

When not working, Nicole enjoys attending sporting events, discovering new restaurants and spending time with family and friends. Nicole is active in giving back by Running for a Reason for both the American Cancer Society and the March of Dimes charity running team. She has run the AMC Houston Half Marathon twice in honor and remembrance of her friends and family.

Nicole was born in Oklahoma City but has established roots in Houston. She hails from a musical family; her father is a piano tuner and musician; her brother, a third generation piano turner earned a master's degree in piano accompaniment from the Rice University Shepherd School of Music; and her aunt received her doctorate in organ performance from the Shepherd School of Music.

I began my real estate journey in 2015 with buying and wholesaling residential properties in the Houston area. I became licensed in 2018.
