Jennifer Delaney has extensive knowledge of the Houston residential and investment real estate scene with over 20 years of construction and real estate investment experience. Prior to getting her real estate license, she spent 10 years specializing in middle school education after obtaining her B.S. degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston. Her teaching and prior real estate experience enables her to be an amazing resource for her clients. In addition to consulting with her clients, Jennifer is an active real estate investor. Her most recent projects include developing, building and designing a tiny home community in Galveston, TX, as well as renovating and marketing other multi-family projects across the Houston Metro area. Jennifer is an active member of the Houston and Galveston Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors. When she's not submitting offers, listing properties, or helping people find their new home, you can catch her volunteering as a child advocate for CPS and the youth program at St. Theresa Catholic Church. Hello! My name is Yesenia Lopez. I was born and raised in North Houston. I graduated with my associate's degree from HCC before I graduated high school in 2014 at the age of 17. I attended The University of Houston-Downtown and obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration from the college of business program in May 2018. I started flipping homes with my parents at the age of 12. I was lucky enough to have my mom as my inspiration to start my career in real estate. She taught me what I needed to know from finance, to properly taking down a kitchen cabinet to learning how to make a house feel like home. I have two male Yorkies, Bruno and Henry.
