My family and I moved to Katy more than a decade ago and immediately knew we had made the right choice for our family. Great schools, great people, and just close enough to Houston but still far enough away from the big city.

I think one of the aspects of real estate that I enjoy the most is helping a family find the right home for them is based on my ability to listen to their needs and wants then finding the most suitable home for them. Nothing beats the feeling of knowing that you have helped someone possibly find their dream home with the added bonus of knowing that you've also built a relationship.

Lastly, my full name is Michael Christopher so every official instrument says "Michael" but I go by Chris. Sorry if that's confusing! :)

I have always enjoyed talking to people, but more importantly I know when to listen. To me this is very important, because when you listen, you learn what people need and what they want. I purchased my first home when I was single and my second home when I had a family. I feel that this personal experience and my real estate training will help me help my clients find a new home that will fit their present and future needs or with the selling of their current home. Born and raised in Houston, TX, I graduated at the University of Houston with a B.S. in Psychology. Go Coogs! Coming out of college, I started the usual 9-5 office job and eventually realized that industry wasn't for me. The best and riskiest decision I have made was to quit my job, started working for myself and got into real estate. It has been a fulfilling journey by far! My husband and I are both Texas Realtors. We started off as a real estate investors before getting licensed. Along with helping others find and/or sell their homes, we also renovate distressed properties (flip homes) and purchase properties as rentals. We are avid learners of real estate investing and working to fit the BRRRR method into our business. We also love helping our clients find the perfect investment homes for their portfolios as well!

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, it was only natural that native Houstonian Terry Darilek returned to his roots after graduating with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. During this time Terry also served his country proud as a Submariner in the United States Navy, immediately followed by becoming a Certified Professional Landman, excelling in said discipline since inception.

Terry's passion for investment opportunities, up-and-coming markets, and trends within real estate, eventually lead Terry to obtain licensure. Terry's ability to connect and communicate with a wide range of clientele is guided by his passion for travel, and his experiences living in various countries, states, and cities. Because Terry strives on continuing education and industry knowledge, he remains active in numerous organizations and charitable institutions including, but not limited to, the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute, and the American Association of Professional Landmen.

In his spare time, Terry enjoys the company of his family, including his Puppy, Sir Charles, hits the weights at the gym, travels, attends art exhibitions put on by his artist friends, visits local wineries/breweries/distilleries, and partakes in any and all events that give back to the community. In all aspects of his life, Terry lives by the philosophies of "As often as possible, go someplace you've never been before," that we should all "Live in the moment," and his most important mantra of "Take into account that great love and great achievements involve great risk."
