With this inspiration, he pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business. After graduation, Andrew developed a career in investment management, but his entrepreneurial drive and interest in helping people led him to real estate.

One of his greatest passions is working to get the best deals for his clients, which shows in his stellar track record of selling properties above the asking price and purchasing homes below the listing price - every client's dream! His analytical background, ability to spot sound investments, and knack for negotiating, all contribute to his repeat high performance. Andrew has a broad cultural understanding and enjoys meeting people from various backgrounds and helping them find the perfect neighborhood for their needs. Having spent a year and a half in Beijing and Hong Kong, he is also fluent in Mandarin. When he is away from providing great customer services to his clients, Andrew is regularly on the lookout for the next big neighborhoods, and he feeds this interest by exploring trendy new restaurants and retail spaces. You can often find Andrew in Memorial Park either running, playing tennis, or at the golf range.

My name is Maribel and I am a Houston native, currently residing in the Humble/Atascocita area. Alongside my husband of 13 years, we're raising a beautiful young lady and a handsome young man in this amazing city of ours. Having moved multiple times as a child due to my parent's work obligations, to say I know Houston and the surrounding areas is an understatement. For this reason, one of my life goals was to become a homeowner with my little family as I understood the importance of having a steady home. Thankfully, I was able to accomplish my goal in 2011 and became a homeowner and would love to help you do the same! I obtained an Associate of Science Degree from LSCS in 2012 and worked in the customer service and sales fields for several years. This education coupled with my experience and bilingual proficiency has provided me with the skills that I use daily in real estate negotiations and effectively marketing listings for homeowners and sellers. Vince Espiritu grew up in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 2016. He has experience working in customer service for 3 years. He understands that the principles behind a great customer experience are the genuineness, competence and eagerness of the person helping you.

Furthermore, Vince graduated cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2021 with a degree on Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Vince has been working as an electrical engineer since then. He plans to bring his valuable skillset as an engineer to solve clients' problems and handle each transaction strategically. He approaches challenges with logical thinking, proper planning, systematic organization, focused execution, and adaptability.

Additionally, Vince has been learning about real estate since his university days (2019-2024). He's very passionate about becoming an expert in real estate and investing in real estate. Thus, he decided to take his real estate license and build his real estate business.
