Prior to her career as a Realtor, Agelia was a civic manager for six years, helping to manage several well established inner loop neighborhoods, all of which helped familiarize her with those neighborhoods and their deed restrictions, individual homes, and their owners.

Experienced at preparing a home for the market and finding the right home for a buyer, she is an excellent negotiator who is willing to be creative and original to solve problems. In fact, a few clients and associates have commended her “force of nature” commitment to making things happen and getting them done. Dependable, conscientious, and determined, she is compelled to action by her desire to do the absolute best she can for her clients and her community.

A graduate of The High School for Performing and Visual Arts, Agelia is the consummate volunteer, working tirelessly for an array of nonprofit organizations in the arts and education. She is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Karen Stokes Dance; is on the Advisory Council of The University of Texas Briscoe Center for American History; and is a member of the Advisory Board (and former Board of Trustees member) of HSPVA Friends. She is a Past President of both East Montrose Civic Association and Old Braeswood Property Owners Association.
