Ces Guerra, is a 33-year resident of Houston, TX currently residing in Tanglewood near the Galleria. His 35 plus years in business provides an excellent foundation for working within the Houston real estate market. Ces is well-equipped to handle the needs of anyone looking to enter the real estate market and has received a number of special designations, including Accredited Buyer's Representative, Seller's Representative Specialist, Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and Luxury Home Specialist. Working throughout the Houston metro area has given him excellent knowledge of the local market. His areas of focus include Tanglewood, Uptown, Galleria, and Memorial, but he is able to support clients throughout the Houston Metro area! Ces is originally from New Orleans, LA, has served in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division and graduated from LSU and HBU respectively with his B.A. and MBA. In his spare time, you will find him running at Memorial Park or the Trotter YMCA. He is also an avid cyclist, hiker, & traveler. Ces has also published two books Pill Pushers and recently Gumbo for the Tiger Soul.

Growing up with The Woodlands since 1973, has given me great knowledge and history of the area and certainly a sense of pride to call it Home.
