I am a South Texas State College of Law Graduate. I came into the real estate profession with a legal background for a large law firm here in Houston. My extensive career as a paralegal was very rewarding and taught me many things that I believe I have benefited from in the real estate industry.

Being a multi-million dollar producer I had more than five million dollars in listings; I know firsthand the emotions and stress involved with the home buying/selling process. I have sold property in Austin, College Station and out of State through preferred Brokers that I work with & interviewed thoroughly before placing my client into their hands. I also have acquired National and International Investors.

I hold the nationally recognized Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation signifies the graduate has completed an advanced education program in specialized subjects such as legal issues, finance, marketing, real estate investments, professional standards and technology tools. Less than 10 percent of the Texas Association of Realtors holds the GRI designation.

Marta started her career in risk management, working as Project Manager for credit insurance company in Warsaw, Poland. She graduated with her Master's degree in Economics - International Business Environment at Kozminski Academy, one of the highest rated private Universities in Europe. Marta moved to Houston in 2017 and started working at Educational Franchise, a startup company where she helped with business development, process building and franchise support. Marta began working in Real Estate in early 2020 as transaction coordinator and executive assistant for Konrad Realty Group in Houston. One year later she become a licensed Realtor to support the clients on a higher level as listing manager. Marta supported the process of listing, marketing, and documents compliance throughout the transaction. In 2023 Marta started to work as Director of Operations at Empower Home to support team of 10 agents in Houston office.

I grew up in the Inner-Loop of Houston with parents who were property investors/landlords. It wasn't long before I developed an affinity for the family business. From minor upgrades to help boost rental income, to major restorations bringing back older structures to their former glory, I have done it all. Additionally, as a 20 plus year veteran of Houston's Energy Trading industry,high stakes negotiations were a daily requirement. I have now turned my interest for real estate into a career.
