A real estate agent for 10 years, James began as a sales negotiator in his native U.K. and, in just four years, worked his way up to becoming the director of the largest independent agency in London, Dexters. As director, he specialized in listing properties as well as opening new offices, training staff, and managing all appraisals. Soon after, his journey led him to Douglas Elliman's international affiliate Knight Frank where he became the marketing manager of their prestigious Hampstead office. He ultimately went on to manage several offices across London and further developed his specialty in luxury homes for an elite international clientele.
