Nicholas Hughley is a Realtor/Team Leader (Pinnacle Realty Group) in Houston and surrounding areas. Nicholas is a top producing agent with the Next Door program helping numerous clients reach their goals year after year. Starting out as both a real estate agent and mortgage loan officer in 2005 allowed him to gain experience and exposure to all angles of the real estate transaction. Nicholas eventually followed his desire to focus solely on helping navigate clients through the home buying and selling process as a real estate agent while still providing the much-needed financial counsel and guidance when needed.

Jennifer Mares is a Native Houstonian. She identifies herself very well with Houstonians and Foreign Nationals.(Fluent in Spanish and English). She possess a Degree in Business Management. Kelley Busby is a third generation native Houstonian and longtime Galleria-area resident. Licensed since 2002, Kelley joined Keller Williams Metropolitan in 2004. Kelley specializes in homes, condominiums and townhomes in the Galleria area, as well as Rice Military, Memorial, Tanglewood, The Heights, Montrose, Bellaire, Briargove, and Briargove Park.

Kelley's background is in real estate, communications and marketing. She had over seven years experience working for Houston-based commercial and multifamily property management companies prior to going into residential real estate. With her background of tenant relations, public relations, writing and client communications, Kelley takes pride in being customer-service oriented and putting her clients' wants and needs first - whether they are first-time buyers and sellers, or seasoned clients.

After graduating from Robert E. Lee High School in Houston, Kelley received a B.A. in Journalism and minor in English from the University of Oklahoma. Kelley recently served six years on her homeowner association board and has fomerly served on her college local alumni and sorority alumnae boards. She enjoys playing tennis and was a league team captain and member of USTA and HTA for years. In addition, she is on a Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo committee, regularly participates in fundraising for various local charities and has been a longtime member of the Houston Museum of Fine Arts.

Gina attended River Oaks Baptist Elementary School, St. John's and Lamar High School. She graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications- Radio, TV and Film. Gina comes from a real estate family. Her father, Matt Benton was a commercial realtor and the President of Benton/Gould and The Benton Company. It was no surprise when Gina began her career in the industry in 1990. She was trained under one of the city's top producers for over 2 years, then went into mangement, a junior closer and marketing representative for 2 title companies, then decided to focus on sales and became a top producer for Keller Williams since 2002. In 2003, she earned her broker's license. She recently decided to move to a smaller company with friends and focus on her family and just a handful of referred clients. Living on a ranch for the last 30 years in Lavaca and Colorado counties explains my love of the land and all it has to offer individuals and families. As a retired educator from the Weimar/Schulenburg area, I have a sense of family and community in Colorado, Fayette, Lavaca counties, and beyond. I enjoy a great relationship with my 2 adult sons, family, and friends. My church family is Faith Lutheran in Weimar. I have many travel experiences and look forward to more of them. I am enthusiastic about learning daily.
