I started my real estate journey in 2009 as a professional Home Stager, while simultaneously working as a full-time, special education teacher in Cypress Fairbanks ISD. In 2013, after 15 years as an educator, I made the decision to leave my teaching position to join a top real estate team in the Houston area and promote their builder programs. In 2016, I became a licensed agent and haven't looked back! Since then, I have closed well over 500 transactions!! The experience I have gained with each transaction has given me the knowledge and confidence of an agent who has spent a life time in the industry. My greatest joy is serving clients at the highest level and helping them find their dream home.
I am a native Houstonian and graduated from the University of Houston in 1996. I reside on the northwest side of town with my husband and business partner, Chris Cooley. We have 5 amazing (and grown) kids, and two very spoiled pups.

As a third generation Houstonian who has lived in many of the city's submarkets Nikki has an in depth knowledge of the vast city of Houston. She comes by her passion for Real Estate naturally as it has been the core of her family's business for over 40 years.
She attended Texas Tech University where she was an active member of the Tri Delta sorority, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in finance from The University of Houston. Out of college she worked in the energy business before joining Beth Wolff's team.
While her current residence is in the Memorial area where she is an active member in her community, she has lived in many of the city's great neighborhoods and surrounding areas and takes pride in understanding each of these markets.

Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker Tim Shanahan injects passion into his real estate practice. A fourth-generation Houstonian, Tim brings invaluable experience gained working for a well-known commercial real estate company negotiating complex contracts, leasing and office brokerage.

Tim uses local and national real estate resources to participate in ongoing professional education and has earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation (MCNE). When not working he enjoys cooking for friends & family, hunting, fishing and spending quality time with his wife & two children. He and his wife also donate and volunteer much of their time supporting the ASPCA, Houston Humane Society and Red Collar Rescue charity.
