I attended Baylor University (Sic em') and graduated with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Over the years I have worked as a speech therapist helping kids and their families in the community. I have been in the real estate industry for over 15 years handling all facets of real estate with not only both buyers and sellers, but also property management (purchasing, managing and leasing commercial and residential investment properties) as well as a Real Estate Marketing Specialist and Transaction Coordinator for residential sales at several brokerages. I have resided in the Houston area for over 40 years and the last 12 years in Spring, Texas with my husband and 2 amazing kids. Hi there, my name is Shawn Sandros and I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I graduated from The University of Houston in December of 2016 with a Bachelors in Communication and a Minor in Marketing from the UH Bauer School of Business.



I have been in the property management sector for 10+ years and specialize in marketing, advertising & consulting on single family sales / leases / purchases.
