Chinling studied interior design, design management and design research, and worked over 20 years in the design industry. The knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses in real estate assisting home buyers and sellers With encouragement from friends and families, Chinling started the real estate investments and Airbnb business in 2018. In her free time, Chinling enjoys learning, traveling and spending time with family. Chinling has her own investment portfolio and can relate to the needs and goals of other investors. After pursuing a Master of Laws degree at the University of Southern California, Fan worked in a leading law firm for a real estate attorney as a legal assistant. In that role, she coordinated real estate transactions ranging from residential home sales to acquisitions of multi-million commercial buildings. Fan is characterized by attention to detail, her background and experiences equipped her with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional services, and she constantly strives to help clients achieve their goals.
