Hi! My name is Adam Cloudt (pronounced Kloot).

I have had a love for real estate for many years. I am dedicated to providing the best possible service by first understanding my client's goals & needs. I can then provide my clients with intuitive, genuine & practical support and accurate & sound advice. I will accomplish this by being attentive & patient while remaining assertive and communicating quickly & effectively!

I utilize resources provided by my real estate brokerage, eXp Realty, local, state, & national REALTOR® organizations, and many others to continue my education on an ongoing basis. This allows me to be the best for my clients, my family, and myself by staying on top of or ahead of local knowledge, real estate knowledge, research skills, negotiation skills, market analysis, time management, techniques to close a deal, policy knowledge, and so much more!

My wife and I have been married for over 13 years. Our skateboarding family includes a eight year old daughter, Emma Sue, and three year old identical twin boys, Ollie and Archie. We enjoy our time living in our little hometown of West Columbia, the first capital of the Republic of Texas. We also love living a short drive from the Houston area and all it has to offer.

Glass JAR Realty Group was founded in the summer of 2021 as my oldest daughter, Jasie, and I were sitting on the beach of a remote island in the Aegean Sea. The conversation was deep, honest, pure and consisted of wisdoms that a mother would share with her college age daughter about pursuing her passion and her dream while she is still young and has the chance. Once the conversation was over (or so I thought), Jasie looked me straight in the face and asked "so Mom, when are you going to follow your own passions and dreams?" 22 years earlier I have always had the heart and gift of helping others get what they want and what they need. If there was an obstacle, I was the one people came to for ideas on how to make the goal obtainable. I naturally went into sales and business development. My career lead me to mortgage lending, financial planning, business to business sales, architectural sales and finally real estate. Funny how life can bring us full circle: from mortgage lending to real estate. Fast forward back to the beach!!! It was that day that I decided to start my own real estate team. I spent months trying to come up with the perfect real estate team name. It kept me up at night because if I wanted to start a real estate team, then the team would need to have a name that all my clients could relate to, because after all, the client is just as much a part of the real estate "team" as the Realtor is. One morning while getting ready for another day in the grind of real estate, I noticed a jar in my closet which held the sand from the infamous beach where such an important life changing decision was made. Why did I save a glass jar of wet smelly sand from a beach from the other side of the world? Why did I meticulously protect it in my travels to ensure it made its way home safely just to sit in my closet and collect dust? Was it because, sand in a glass jar was something we did as a kid?
