Born and raised in Lusaka, Zambia ( Africa), Nina moved to Los Angeles, California at 10 years old then to Houston, Texas where she has been living with her husband and three children for the past 22 years. She is a Certified Meditation Teacher and uses that skill-set to help buyers/sellers through their most important (and stress-full) time in their lives.

Nelia spend over 15 years as a healthcare executive in Fortune 500, midsize and startup companies. With a stellar track record in customers service, marketing and strategy, she decided to gradually engage into the real estate business as an investor and it has proven to be a fun and worthwhile choice for her. Over time, families and friends would consult with her for her real estate expertise and eventually she became a Real Estate Agent. Her greatest strengths match those most essential to fulfilling her client needs; expertise in aligning fabulous/perfect homes with clients needs, thought leadership expertise in developing profitable partnerships with seller clients ( transactions should always have an upside for the client), solid reputation in creating effective game-plans for clients as buyers, sellers, investors and renters because she has walked into their shoes as a buyer, seller, investor and renter. As an effective communicator, negotiator and decision maker who sets goals, Nelia is humbly excited to help her clients with their real estate needs every step of the way. It's nice to virtually meet you! Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I always struggle with a formal bio so figured it'd be easier to just give you some (fun!) facts about me instead.

1) I was born and raised in Vietnam but having spent almost 20 years in Houston, I consider myself a very proud Houstonian and a local expert. I am happily married to my beautiful wife and am beyond grateful that God has chosen me to be a father to two princesses. My older daughter is 4 years old and definitely runs our household! We also have a newborn who adds so much love and light into our lives.
2) I pursued a double major in college and graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance. I loved school so much that I went on to get a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston. I won't blame you if you're making the Asian assumptions in your head as you're reading this. I am indeed good at math and science and somewhat of a nerd at heart.
3) I was lucky enough to secure a nice, fancy corporate job as a Senior Financial Analyst for one of the biggest national commercial real estate companies after college. I learned a great deal during my six-year tenure there and got equipped with a wealth of knowledge in many different facets of the business. It was also during this time that I dabbled in real estate investment of various scales.
4) I love and breathe real estate, thus I decided to leave my corporate job to become a Realtor full-time. I have enjoyed every minute of it and appreciate the opportunity to pursue my passion day in and day out. In a city with over 40,000 Realtors, the competition is fierce but that's another reason why I love Houston.
5) I am a BIG fan of the city and think it pales to none in comparison. Houston has so much to offer - you can find everything you want and need here for a fraction of the cost. And, if you love food as much as I do, I guess we can consider ourselves very lucky! We will never go hungry here because there are over 10,000 restaurants at our disposal!

Stefani Patch is a native Houstonian but ventured to New York City for five years to work in the fields of reality television, marketing, and live theatre. After numerous snowy days, she decided to move home and found herself dedicated to the career of teaching children at the elementary school level.

It is these skills that she transfers over to the world of real estate. Her enthusiasm and patience know no bounds. She will work with you and for you in finding the perfect place to call home. Her positivity, perseverance, and organizational skills aid in seeking out your next investment, lease, or home purchase. Akira started investing in real estate in 2018. She has successfully fixed & flipped multiple residential homes in Florida and Georgia. She is now a Realtor, Investor, Landlord and STR/MTR Host. Her specialty remains real estate investing which includes pre-foreclosures and creative financing (i.e. subject to, seller financing, novation agreements, etc). However, Akira is dedicated to helping others achieve their real estate goals through all channels: investing, buying, selling or renting/leasing.
