Sheri Shaneyfelt, as a born texan raised in Mexico City she has had the the opportunity to become completely bicultural and proficient in both English and Spanish which in the multicultural city we live in is certainly an asset.
An International Relations Major who has had vast experience in customer service throughout her career, understanding the needs of her customers and offering specific solutions for each of them is her main focus.
Her interest in Real Estate started many years ago in Mexico City and has experience in the Seller and Buyer markets, as well as investment properties and building as well.
Sheri has been a resident of The Woodlands for the past 4 years and knows her way around the different areas of H Town.

Hi, I'm Mack Neff, and I'm excited to work with you! As a native Houstonian, it has been so rewarding to see the amazing transformation and growth in the greater Houston area. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Microbiology and a minor is Business, I began my career in biomedical research, selling large equipment to various labs and companies across Texas and surrounding states. After serval years I realized a few things. First, I wanted to be home with my family more. Second, I discovered my desire to work, serve, and impact the people of my community. With that, I decided to pursue a career to help people with one of the biggest and most rewarding decisions...finding their dream home!
I'm a husband to Holly, my rock and biggest supporter, and a father of two incredible boys, Evan (11) and Alex (9). We also have two crazy and fun-loving dogs, Grace and Willow. When I'm not working, I enjoy coaching my sons' baseball team, watching college football, and spending time outdoors, especially in our backyard, 'grilling and chilling,' as my wife loves to call it. I've been blessed to call The Woodlands my home for the past 12 years, and recall purchasing our first home. I remember how excited we were, but also how stress free the process was, thanks to having a great real estate agent by our side. The experience was enjoyable and gratifying, from the home search all the way to the closing table.
My focus is to serve and communicate with you throughout the entire process, and in the end, build a long-lasting relationship for years to come. After attending Queens Community College in Queens New York, where I completed several business studies courses, I moved to Benicia California. There I started in Real Estate as an assistant to a Broker. Later I became a Realtor in my own right and a few years later I became a Broker myself. Now more than 20 years later I have settled in Houston Texas where I hold a Realtor License registered with HAR. I still hold my brokers license in California and am experienced with Re-locations between the two states.
