Nathan (Nate) Raised in Miami, Florida, I have been in Austin for the past 20 years. In part, I gained my construction knowledge when my wife and I moved to East Austin, where we rehabbed a 1920s bungalow. We did 90% of the work ourselves. It was a down-to-the-studs rehab that resulted in moved walls, new electric, new plumbing, almost new everything; yet, we kept the original charm of the home by utilizing every existing feature in a creative way.
