Prior to becoming a residential Realtor, David worked in customer service and sales for eight years and served as an ammunition specialist in the army. David was born in Bakersfield, California, and moved with his family to The Woodlands. His father is a retired engineer from Exxon, and his parents still live in Grogan's Mill. David lives in Panther's Creek and, when his schedule permits, enjoys lifting weights, watching documentaries on science and astronomy, and trying new restaurants and ethnic cuisines.

Joyce Tolliver is a certified REO specialist with over 19 years' experience in both residential and commercial services. Joyce works with individuals, investors and developers in the Greater Houston, Galveston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Waco areas.

Concurrently, I ventured into entrepreneurship, founding Oliva Wood Fire Pizza, a venture grounded in principles of quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service.Simultaneously managing responsibilities at MD Anderson, I cultivated a catering business that enabled me to traverse Houston extensively, acquainting myself with its diverse neighborhoods. Drawing from this experience, I have now transitioned into Real Estate, applying the same steadfast work ethic. My objective in this field is to deliver service that consistently surpasses client expectations.
