Hello!!! I was born and raised in Texas, and consider the "Lone Star State," to be one of the best states to live in. I am a proud graduate of the University of Phoenix, with a Bachelor of Science in Management, and a Masters in Business Administration. I chose a career in real estate because I enjoy helping others. Purchasing or selling a home, will be one of the hugest decisions, a consumer will make. I offer all sellers a variety of services, from staging, listings, and hosting open houses, to negotiation and closing. I will assist in selecting a price, determining what distinguishes a property, and developing a selling strategy. Before joining EXP, I worked in the mental health field as a mental health case manager. Working in this industry, I have developed strong skills in communication, active listening, and providing the utmost customer service. My empathetic, caring, and compassionate nature will help me serve my clients well and as a dedicated real estate agent, I will guide my buyers and sellers through the real estate transactions with a positive attitude. As the wife of a retired Navy Senior Chief Veteran, I have personal experience relocating and traveling to new places. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, teaching BLS and Heartsaver CPR, balloons, and reading and I never get tired of learning.

Growing up in Kingwood, TX Kathryn is well versed in the different communities Houston and surrounding area has to offer. She spent her childhood summers working for her families Real Estate Appraisal company which attributes to her crafted knowledge in the real estate industry. Before becoming a Realtor, Kathryn worked in auto and medical sales for 7+ years, shaping her skills to go to bat for her clients and help assist them in making their residential goals come true.
