Gary has over 40 Years of Experience in Real Estate Development and Sales

Being a Former Home Builder, he has a wide knowledge of residential construction and marketing.

Gary was born in Huntsville, Texas moving to Houston in 1954 at age 3. He has lived in the Houston area for 60 years.

He has extensive knowledge and experience with Title Companies and in Land Research. He is proficient in solutions to complex and creative finance issues.

The Eagle Scout Honor was awarded to Gary in 1964 which continues to be a special honor to him today.

He attended the University of Texas in Austin and was a member of the Texas Longhorn Band. He was selected to serve in Kappa Kappa Psi, an honorary fraternity for College Bands. He continues to support the Longhorns as a member of the Longhorn Alumni Band.

He serves as a Texas District Captain for the Convention of States, an organization promoting an Article V Convention.

Gary is also a Professional Musician and performs on his trumpet with The Sounds of The South Dance Orchestra.

He has been married for 43 Years, raised 3 beautiful daughters and now enjoys 6 Grandchildren

Originally from Boston, MA, Yennhi or Yen for short, moved to Houston in 2023 looking for new opportunities. It didn't take long before she considered Houston her new home. Yen discovered her love for real estate when she went through the buyer process herself. During that time, she realized how impactful finding a home could be and wanted to be the agent that plays a role in helping the next person find their dream home. She has a Bachelor's degree in Finance which aids in understanding the changing economy as well as the housing and financial markets.
