Having spent 15 years as a high performing school teacher and administrator, Lauren has leveraged her interpersonal and professional skills as she has transitioned to real estate. Lauren holds a Master's of Education from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications from The University of Houston-Downtown. Prior to her career in real estate, Lauren held the positions of school Principal, Dean of Students, and Teacher. In each of her positions she achieved measurable results which were consistently outstanding.

Lauren is philanthropic in all her endeavors. Lauren gives back from her earnings as an agent and investor towards credible programs serving our local community. Additionally, Lauren actively volunteers, as well as consults within HISD to support underprivileged youth. Lauren is happily married with one awesome son, and a longtime resident of Spring Branch. Some of Lauren's passions include time spent with family, travel, yoga, cooking, teaching, home design and real estate.

Adrian was born in Romania and moved to the USA with his family in 1977 as an immigrant. After high school, Adrian joined the 82nd Airborne Division in the Army and eventually graduated with a bachelor's degree in organizational management from Nyack College. He moved to Texas in 2005 and has called Houston home ever since. Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and family outside of work at their home in Montgomery Tx. Together, they are the proud parents of five adult children and a little Bernie-Doodle named Gracie. Adrian and his wife spend their free time supporting local restaurants and establishments, listening to live local music, dancing, running/walking, and traveling.

Jon Layton prides himself on his reputation for exceeding his clients' expectations. He began his real estate career in 2006 in Pearland, Texas, where he immersed himself in the industry. After decades of winning in various market conditions and completing hundreds of hours of continuing education and training, Jon has molded himself into an accomplished professional with a genuine passion for improving people's lives.

Jon is a down-to-earth, candid professional who is known for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with those around him. His previous experience found him success at GMAC and Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing as an REO asset manager. He managed a portfolio totaling 150 million in yearly inventory and was in charge of a nationwide broker network of over 150 professionals. He also perfected client risk and property condition analysis strategies among many other industry-relevant skills. In 12 years, Jon consistently surpassed sales and metrics goals as he helped over 7,000 clients achieve their dreams of purchasing a home. He continues to work with several REO asset management companies and can be found in Equator, Pyramid, Res.net, and Exceleras.

It's nice to virtually meet you! Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I always struggle with a formal bio so figured it'd be easier to just give you some (fun!) facts about me instead.

1) I was born and raised in Vietnam but having spent almost 20 years in Houston, I consider myself a very proud Houstonian and a local expert. I am happily married to my beautiful wife and am beyond grateful that God has chosen me to be a father to two princesses. My older daughter is 4 years old and definitely runs our household! We also have a newborn who adds so much love and light into our lives.
2) I pursued a double major in college and graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance. I loved school so much that I went on to get a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston. I won't blame you if you're making the Asian assumptions in your head as you're reading this. I am indeed good at math and science and somewhat of a nerd at heart.
3) I was lucky enough to secure a nice, fancy corporate job as a Senior Financial Analyst for one of the biggest national commercial real estate companies after college. I learned a great deal during my six-year tenure there and got equipped with a wealth of knowledge in many different facets of the business. It was also during this time that I dabbled in real estate investment of various scales.
4) I love and breathe real estate, thus I decided to leave my corporate job to become a Realtor full-time. I have enjoyed every minute of it and appreciate the opportunity to pursue my passion day in and day out. In a city with over 40,000 Realtors, the competition is fierce but that's another reason why I love Houston.
5) I am a BIG fan of the city and think it pales to none in comparison. Houston has so much to offer - you can find everything you want and need here for a fraction of the cost. And, if you love food as much as I do, I guess we can consider ourselves very lucky! We will never go hungry here because there are over 10,000 restaurants at our disposal!

My passion is helping my clients reach their expected goals. My other passion is to work with my hands; I graduated from UB as a Mechanical Engineer. Before the Engineering bug bit me I was going to be an Architect because I love construction and creating beautiful spaces.






This love of working with my hands translated to home remodeling. When I moved to The Woodlands in the Summer of '87, the day after I bought my first home in Grogan's Mill, I ripped out the entire downstairs and proceeded to remodel it for the next year and a half and because I was on a tight budget, I did all the work myself and learned the hard way through sweat, blood, and tears. Anything you can think of that can be done inside or outside of a house I've pretty much done it!






Over the years my wife and I have owned fifteen properties so far to either live in or as an investment and all were remodeled lightly or extensively. I know that with this experience I can help my clients differentiate themselves from the rest when listing or buying a property with me.
