I have been a licensed real estate agent in the Houston, Woodlands and Conroe and the greater Houston area for over 20 years specializing in buying and selling residential real estate. I am also a registered nurse and have enjoyed sharing my real estate expertise with medical professionals in the community and finding the homes that they will love ! My family and I live in The Woodlands and Conroe area and have enjoyed spending many hours on beautiful lake Conroe, The Woodlands market street, The Woodlands waterway, and the area parks and biking trails. I have a passion to help people to achieve their goals of purchasing or selling their homes!

This instilled in him an unparalleled work ethic, helping him earn a Bachelors in Media strategies from Texas Tech University. His favorite part of his job is getting to be a part of one of the biggest purchases of someone's life. James knows that home buying can be stressful and he aims to make it as fun as possible. A native Houstonian, James has volunteered as a community leader and Youth Director Sojourn Galleria, a team leader at Bellaire YoungLife, as well as a member on the church advisory board for Restoring Justice, a social justice reform group. I am originally from Galveston where I spent my first 40 years. After the family business was sold I moved to Houston and began a career as a residential real estate appraiser in the early 1990s. I miss Galveston but still manage to get down there to see family and friends from time to time. I enjoy walking along the seawall and on a beautiful day look out over the water and watch the porpoises playing in the distance. I'll let you in on a little secret. I know this sounds crazy but I miss the smell of seaweed. I must really be a Galvestonian at heart. Right? In the late 1990s I transitioned from residential to appraising commercial real estate and traveled all over the country doing so. In 2015 I decided again to make a career change. After spending over 20 years as a Real Estate appraiser, I decided to end that chapter of my life and transition to selling real estate. Based on my background of over 25 years in real estate, I am able to assist my clients in determining a reasonable market value of their property and selling or purchasing it at the best possible price.
