Fan Zhou is a Real Estate Specialist in The Seth Brothers Team; she began investing in residential properties in 2017 and found this to be the exciting career she had been looking for. As a real estate investor herself, Fan knows what exactly to look for and can help lead clients away from many potential pitfalls. After pursuing a Master of Laws degree at the University of Southern California, Fan worked in a leading law firm for a real estate attorney as a legal assistant. In that role, she coordinated real estate transactions ranging from residential home sales to acquisitions of multi-million commercial buildings. Fan is characterized by attention to detail, her background and experiences equipped her with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional services, and she constantly strives to help clients achieve their goals. Fan currently lives in the Bridgeland community with her husband and her German Shepherd Dog - Shaka. She looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.

I have lived in the Houston area my entire life, and am familiar with Houston and the surrounding areas (Cypress, Tomball, Magnolia, The Woodlands, Spring, etc.). My passion for helping people was my main drive in becoming a Realtor. I thrive on making the process of buying / selling a home as easy as possible, and communicating with my client to ensure they fully understand what is going on. I take pride in my attention to detail, communication skills, and hard work ethic I provide each of my clients.
