Native Texan Muriel Mendell grew up "in the business" helping her family manage apartments they owned in Houston. She holds a B.S. in Education and taught a variety of subjects in both private and public Houston schools before becoming a Realtor. "I treat every buyer and seller the way I would like to be treated," says Muriel. "It is my responsibility to accompany showings for all my listings and to be available to meet my buyers' schedules." Muriel markets single-family homes, high-rises and townhouses in the Medical Center area, the Memorial Villages and throughout Houston. She has also helped many international buyers and sellers. Active in the community, Muriel was President of the Southwest Harris County Medical Auxiliary and President of the Harris County Medical Allliance.

Raised in the Houston area, Bryan is a real estate investor and enjoys studying business models and financial strategies. Recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert; Bryan's passion for real estate began in 2011, when he started investing in land and single-family homes. Drawing on his own experiences and knowledge, Bryan guides his clients through the complex world of real estate investing to help them make informed decisions that will benefit their family's long-term goals. Bryan is a man of faith and a family man at heart. He is a world traveler and sports fanatic when it comes to baseball and boxing. He enjoys spending his free time with his four children and watching them excel in baseball and soccer. In the past, he has coached his sons' youth league teams and although he doesn't actively coach today, he still strives to help them progress as young athletes and budding investors.

Branden Godfrey was born in Houston and raised in Tomball, Texas. He graduated from Tomball HIgh School with Honors in 2018. He is a proud alumni of Texas A&M University School of Architecture after obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and Development in December 2022. This has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. He became a licensed real estate agent in July 2023. What excites Branden about Brazos, Harris, Waller, Montgomery and surrounding Counties is the extensive growth and development. It is really a shopping ground for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Branden's experience hasn't always been in real estate. He spent time at Texas A&M studying Urban Planning and development and interned as a city planner before finding interest in real estate. It is only natural that Branden was able to combine his love of the area and architecture to develop a successful real estate business.
