Andrew Bacon was born in Louisiana and spent several years in South Carolina and Mississippi, but calls Houston, Texas home. Andrew’s background includes being an oil and gas landman as well as working for a large real estate investment company. In recent years, Andrew has focused on buying and renovating homes in the Houston area as well as working on projects for clients.

Andrew’s strong negotiation abilities, clear and straight forward communication skills and friendliness are wonderful assets that he brings to his clients. Andrew is familiar with many areas of Houston and has an eye for finding “fixer-uppers” and seeing their hidden potential.

Andrew is not afraid of a challenge and is very adventurous, both in life and in business. When he is not working, Andrew is an avid and experienced sky diver and also enjoys kayaking, four-wheeling, rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, jet skiing, wake boarding and playing sports.

Jennifer Delaney delights in assisting her clients in buying, selling, and renting real estate inside the 610 Loop and other areas of Houston. As a native Houstonian, she's watched many parts of the city that were once neglected transform into communities that people are proud to call home. Jennifer has practiced real estate for over 6 years, however, it's not her first time dealing in the business. Jennifer Delaney has extensive knowledge of the Houston residential and investment real estate scene with over 20 years of construction and real estate investment experience. Prior to getting her real estate license, she spent 10 years specializing in middle school education after obtaining her B.S. degree in interdisciplinary studies from the University of Houston. Her most recent projects include developing, building and designing a tiny home community in Galveston, TX, as well as renovating and marketing other multi-family projects across the Houston Metro area. When she's not submitting offers, listing properties, or helping people find their new home, you can catch her volunteering as a child advocate for CPS and the youth program at St. Theresa Catholic Church.
