Clients appreciate Patty’s patience while keeping them focused as they anticipate buying their first home, visualize themselves in a new home, or preparing an existing home for sale. Motivated by new opportunities, her enthusiasm to take on challenges resulted in her being recognized as the Post Oak Park office’s Rising Star her first year with Heritage Texas Properties. Not only was this award well deserved, it was also an indicator of things to come, as Patty has risen to the ranks of Top Producer and was, in fact, named among the Company-Wide Top 20 Producers for 2010 and was a Company-Wide Top Producer for 2012-2014. Paulina's passion for architecture and interior design began at a very young age. She remembers watching HGTV as a child and being intrigued by the architecture and transformational designs. With her dad being an artist, she was heavily influenced by art and design, and this influence and passion is what drew her to real estate. Paulina studied at The University of Texas at Austin, where she acquired a finance degree from one of the top ranking business schools in the nation, The McCombs School of Business. While attending university, she was a member of The Undergraduate Real Estate Program, which allowed her to grow her knowledge of the industry. Afterwards, she worked at several large corporations, where she leveraged her financial and analytical skills, developed critical thinking skills by proposing solutions to challenges, and learned how to negotiate contracts. With a desire to follow her true passion, Paulina obtained a real estate license and launched her career in the real estate industry. Araceli Ruvalcaba is a residential real estate agent specializing in buying, selling, investment properties, and rentals. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has been in the industry since 2014. Araceli holds a BBA in Finance with a Minor in Statistics from the University of Houston-Downtown.
