Emily is a Realtor and the Director of Operations for Pool Realty Group. With over a decade of leadership in sales and client service, she brings unique experience to the team! She has served on global advisory boards, directed sales strategy and managed a large international sales team. Before joining Pool Realty Group, she managed logistics and administration for a global non-profit organization. A Minnesota native turned proud Texan, Emily has been a resident of the Houston area for 15 years. She is passionate about home ownership and educating new homebuyers, and believes a home you love and enjoy is a critical ingredient for families as they grow together. When she isn't managing all the things, she is usually found serving as a mom-chauffeur to her three children, ages 15, 12 and 11. Most weekends are spent at the baseball field and theater stage, and volunteering with several local non-profit organizations. She also helps her husband run a custom baseball & softball glove restoration business.
Originally from Spring, Texas, Hanna graduated from Texas A&M in 2000 with a degree in Journalism. Hanna’s passion for real estate began upon completion of a Master’s Degree in Management, when she started a 5-year career with Centex Destination Properties (CDP) – her first community was located in the heart of Las Vegas, NV. Her success with and loyalty to CDP granted her a transfer to CDP’s New England community in Lincoln, New Hampshire - where she specialized in condos and townhomes. Once sold out, CDP transferred her again to Charlotte, North Carolina, where she specialized in single family homes. After receiving a PhD Graduate Assistantship with the Education & Human Resources Development department at Texas A&M University, she moved back to College Station in 2010. While attending the PhD program full-time, she also worked as a Sales Executive for Traditions Club, where she helped grow sales from $4 million to over $33 million in less than 5 years. Working for the Developer, Hanna specialized in homesites, new-construction homes, condos, and game-day properties. During 2012, Hanna graduated with a PhD in HR and started a family with the love of her life, Thomas (Hanna & Thomas met while he worked as the Asst. Golf Pro at Traditions - he now works as the Business Developer for his family's company - Don Hart Radiator Services). During this same year, Hanna explored her love of design and construction, and she and her family remodeled their first rental property in Bryan, within walking distance to Texas A&M University. In 2014, with maternity leave, and a family-friendly move to TM5 Properties, Hanna sold and closed over $10 million in real estate transactions. She also tackled another remodel/renovation, adding over 1000sf to a home in Eastgate (completed Jan. 2014), which the Hayes-Hart family loves so much, they made it the family's personal home.
