Being a native Houstonian and life-long resident of Texas, I provide local market knowledge and professional customer service to every client. As a Certified Negotiation Expert, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I offer a variety of skills and training to assist my clients. Whether buying or selling, my goal is always to negotiate the best price for my client the market will provide, and in the shortest time frame possible. "Buying or selling a home should make dollars and sense!" This is why I devote myself to the individual real estate needs of each client, while educating them on the ins and outs of buying and selling. My hobbies include spending time with my wife and adult son, and participating as an active member of the First Baptist Church of Houston. I am also a pursuer of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Community service is very important to me, and my recent contributions includes serving 2 terms as the Vice President of the Willow Walk HOA.

I was born and raised in the Spring/Woodlands area. I love this town and the people in it. My greatest passion is serving others and being a Realtor lines up perfectly with that passion. I work hard, tell the truth, and get the job done right.

It's nice to virtually meet you! Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me. I always struggle with a formal bio so figured it'd be easier to just give you some (fun!) facts about me instead.

1) I was born and raised in Vietnam but having spent almost 20 years in Houston, I consider myself a very proud Houstonian and a local expert. I am happily married to my beautiful wife and am beyond grateful that God has chosen me to be a father to two princesses. My older daughter is 4 years old and definitely runs our household! We also have a newborn who adds so much love and light into our lives.
2) I pursued a double major in college and graduated from Trinity University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Finance. I loved school so much that I went on to get a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Houston. I won't blame you if you're making the Asian assumptions in your head as you're reading this. I am indeed good at math and science and somewhat of a nerd at heart.
3) I was lucky enough to secure a nice, fancy corporate job as a Senior Financial Analyst for one of the biggest national commercial real estate companies after college. I learned a great deal during my six-year tenure there and got equipped with a wealth of knowledge in many different facets of the business. It was also during this time that I dabbled in real estate investment of various scales.
4) I love and breathe real estate, thus I decided to leave my corporate job to become a Realtor full-time. I have enjoyed every minute of it and appreciate the opportunity to pursue my passion day in and day out. In a city with over 40,000 Realtors, the competition is fierce but that's another reason why I love Houston.
5) I am a BIG fan of the city and think it pales to none in comparison. Houston has so much to offer - you can find everything you want and need here for a fraction of the cost. And, if you love food as much as I do, I guess we can consider ourselves very lucky! We will never go hungry here because there are over 10,000 restaurants at our disposal!

Originally from San Antonio,TX, Mayra Lainez has lived on Galveston Island for 11 years. This has given her the opportunity to build an extensive network and build close relationships with local businesses and people. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2005 and again 2021, and is bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish). While Mayra enjoys showcasing the historical architecture and beach houses that the gulf coast has to offer, building relationships is her favorite part of being in real estate. She is also the owner of a local cleaning business, "Lana's Island Cleaning." In her free time she enjoys reading, spending time with loved ones, beach volleyball, and attending church on Sundays. Having grown up in Houston, it was only natural that I started my career in Oil & Gas. After working in the industry for nearly a decade, I decided to redirect my attention to my true passion - real estate - where I could apply my extensive contracts and supply chain optimization skills to helping my clients with their real estate transactions and maximize profit.

After serving as a successful business owner and professional in the Mental Health Field, Heidi has expanded the use of her expertise, into the Real Estate industry. As an Agent, she also uses these same skills to help individuals find their perfect home and to make the home buying (or selling) transition smoother. She is a very proud member of the Tomball community and When she is not at work, she serves in several extracurricular boards for the sports in which her four children participate. She is a wife, a professional and a mother of 4 children, including a set of twins.
