Co-Owner of The Franklin Team, Sarah is a 2006 graduate of Texas A&M University. She has worked in residential real estate since 2007, all with The Franklin Team. As one of the owners of the team, Sarah has gained valuable experience in how to operate and grow a profitable business. Since taking the reins from her father, Sarah, and her brother Andrew have more than tripled the business in just about a decade.

Buying or selling a home is in most cases the largest transaction a homeowner will undergo. Sarah's ability to communicate effectively and steadfast dedication to her clients allow for consistently smooth transactions time and again. Throughout her career, Sarah has received a number of awards, including Rookie of the Year with her former broker in her first year in production. Sarah loves spending time with her family (especially her now 7-year-old daughter, Logan, and 5-year-old son, Jack). In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, shopping, working out, and traveling to new places all over the world.

I was born and raised in the Greater Houston Area. I graduated in the top 10% from Pearland High School and the University of Houston-Downtown. I was lucky to jump right into real estate upon graduating with an International Business Degree and Minor in Marketing. I love what I do and thrive on exceeding my clients expectations and educating them along the way.

Since entering into real estate I have been able to obtain my broker's license and pride myself in learning every aspect of real estate; recently working at a high caliber property tax dispute company. I have an extensive background in financing, credit repair, investments, and home buying programs as well as commercial sales and leasing.
