During the pandemic, the market in Texas shifted dramatically...driving prices through the roof, becoming a Seller's market..BUT Catrina continued to represent & serve her clients (both referrals & families who happened to be relocating from other cities and states), through the process.







Although the market has pushed the values upward of $100k, Catrina has continued to be the intermediary who negotiated the best deals possible for her clients.

Catrina's concentration is first time buyers and empty nesters & matching these families with new construction homes, which is 95% of her business.
