Above all, licensed since 2002, she has experience across the real estate spectrum, including marketing and selling inner-loop single-family homes, farm and ranch properties, lots, townhomes and condos. She was the principal of her own brokerage company for over 12 years, successfully co-developed and subdivided a 500 acre country project, and sold numerous country properties in Central Texas. She has enjoyed designing and restoring many homes, including serving as the general contractor of a complete commercial building restoration of her own successful Fine Art & European Antique store.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, fluent in 4 languages, with a degree and work experience in Hotel Management and in Interior Design. Her design degree along her 18 years of real estate has been vital, she says, in developing a discerning eye to seamlessly unit exceptional people with extra ordinary homes and lifestyles, and guide them through the real estate process with one of the biggest investment they have. She continues indulging in her passion of selling and buying fine art, loves travel, yoga and spend time with her horses and miniature donkeys at her country place.

Phil Monkhouse is former award-winning custom home builder now helping clients on the other end of the home building and buying process.


Phil owned a custom home building company for 7 years, so it's no surprise that he's a new home specialist. He built beautiful homes that were known for quality, functional layouts, style, innovative building techniques, and energy efficiency. Phil was recognized for his work as well as his leadership, as president of the local and district homebuilder's association.


Conscientious and level-headed, Phil pairs his construction knowledge with attention to detail to make sure his clients are getting the best value possible. He says, "I love new homes and staying on top of the trends, and I'm excited to share my experiences and knowledge with new home buyers."


When Phil decided to leave Sudbury, Ontario, Canada, he could have relocated anywhere in North America, but he picked Fort Bend because he believes in the present and future of the area. Phil, his wife, Kimberly, and their children love the warm Houston weather and their Sienna neighborhood. As a Realtor, Phil hopes to help many other families make a similar transition.
