As the 2020 Governor for Women's Council of Realtors Texas, it is a great honor and privilege to serve my community and my city, as Houston is at the forefront of the national real estate market. My experience in real estate has taught me the many nuances of buying and selling real estate, as private, new construction, investment and commercial properties, for local, national and international clients. My background as an international business owner allows me a unique perspective and understanding of the importance of market value, pricing and a successful marketing campaign. I have been in the Houston real estate market for about 8 years, and was previously the Marketing Director for a firm that represented major builders and developers in the city. I have the pleasure to work with many renowned builders and developers in the luxury market, and to offer my expertise to buyers, sellers, builders and investors looking to expand their real estate portfolio in Houston.

As a native Houstonian and former educator, Sindy is accustomed to serving her community. She earned her bachelor's degree in Bilingual Education from the University of Houston and worked at several Houston-area school districts including the highly acclaimed Cy-Fair ISD. As a school teacher she had excellent problem-solving skills, catered to her students' needs, and consistently delivered drastic results. Prior to teaching, Sindy was a sales super star in a retail setting, earning employee of the month numerous times. Her past experience in teaching and sales enabled her to easily transition into real estate.

My business philosophy was inspired by a quote from Tom Brokaw “It’s easy to make a buck. It’s a lot tougher to make a difference”. I truly believe my success is not measured by what I accomplish for myself but by the difference I make in the lives of others. I am committed to helping my clients achieve their goals and to finding them a place to call home.

I've lived in Houston for 30-plus years and always find myself drawn to the small shops and family-owned businesses that give a neighborhood its flavor. Throughout the years, I've been involved with organizations that strive to improve the quality of life in Houston, such as Society for the Performing Arts, Lawndale and DiverseWorks, celebrating artists and visionaries, and Avenue CDC and Smither Park, beautifying and improving the city with housing, economic and recreational opportunities.
