A skill she developed over the years in other industries such as, global telecommunications, and family law. Having lived in the northern greater Houston area for nearly a decade and raising three children, Prudence has knowledge and experience of the benefits of the market area, schools, dining, shopping, culture, and local hidden gems. Prudence graduated in psychology in 2004 from Arizona State University. She then relocated to Tanzania, Africa to join Vodacom a global telecommunications company. Subsequently after 12 years, she and her family relocated to Houston, and she joined a family law practice as a paralegal. Her motto is, in anything you do, do it with passion, perseverance and optimism. She is active in volunteering with local food pantries, her church and with a national recognized organization, Meals on Wheels.

A proud native of the Greater Houston area, Buerkie Klokpah, has lived in Houston since the age of six after her parents transition to the city from Gulf Coast Mississippi. A University of Houston graduate completing her studies in Accounting and Finance, Buerkie has long operated as a trusted advisor as an astute accounting audit corporate professional that has allowed her to gain invaluable skills in providing timely, supportive, efficient and honest recommendations to clients. Her multicultural upbringing being raised by a Southern mother and Ghanaian father equally incorporate the importance of being charitable and welcoming.

She has always had a passion for Real Estate and made her entrance to Real Estate as a homeowner in her early 20s embracing her other passion of restorative work on aging homes making places like Lowe's and Home Depot a second home for exploratory projects such as building furniture from reclaimed wood!
